Rental check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM. You only can have a late check out if you have asked security first, if the unit is NOT going to be used, and the check out time can be 12:30 PM. Any time after that you will be charged $35.00 late fee that must be collected before you can leave the resort. If you do not ask for a late check out time, you will be charged $35.00 any time after 11:30 AM.

*3-4 sleeper unit is $50.00 per night.
*6-7 sleeper unit is $60.00 per night.

ONE NIGHT STAY DURING NON PEAK SEASON ONLY FOR NORMAL RENTAL RATE PLUS A $20.00 CLEANING FEE.
Covered Wagon is $15.00 per night.
*Guest RV sites is $45.00 per night.
CABLE T.V. SITES
Sites with cable T.V. are $1.00 a night regardless of cable use or not.
Starting on 12/1/2010 Beachwood will charge $1.00 per night on any site that has T.V. Cable regarless if you use it or not.*******************************************************
